This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') governs your use of DinoSMS services provided by Dino Nexus LLC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use DinoSMS services for any of the following purposes:

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam), phishing communications, or any deceptive messaging campaigns
• Account fraud, identity theft, credential stuffing, or bypassing authentication of services you are not authorized to access
• Any activity that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act
• Harassment, threats, abuse, intimidation, or hate speech targeting any individual or group
• Distributing malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any harmful code
• Automated scraping, crawling, or unauthorized data extraction from third-party platforms
• Reselling, sublicensing, or providing unauthorized access to DinoSMS services to third parties
• Any service, content, or activity that exploits, harms, or targets minors
• Activities that compromise national security, critical infrastructure, or government systems
• Circumventing security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions of DinoSMS or any third-party platform

Enforcement

Dino Nexus LLC reserves the right to investigate and take action against violations of this policy. Enforcement actions may include immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of remaining balance, referral to law enforcement authorities, and civil legal action where applicable.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any use of DinoSMS services that violates this policy, please report it immediately to our abuse team.

Changes to This Policy

Dino Nexus LLC may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
