API Terms of Service

These API Terms of Service supplement our Terms of Service and govern your use of the DinoSMS Application Programming Interface ('API'). By accessing the API, you accept these terms. Dino Nexus LLC reserves the right to modify API access, rate limits, and terms at any time.

API Access and Keys

Access to the DinoSMS API requires a valid API key issued through your account dashboard. You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your API key. Do not share your API key publicly or commit it to version control repositories. Report compromised keys to support@dinosms.com immediately.

Usage and Rate Limits

API usage is subject to the rate limits and quotas specified in your subscription plan. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension of API access without notice. Dino Nexus LLC reserves the right to adjust rate limits at any time to maintain service quality for all users.

Service Level Agreement

Dino Nexus LLC targets 99.9% API uptime on a rolling monthly basis. Scheduled maintenance windows and outages caused by factors beyond our reasonable control — including third-party carrier issues, force majeure events, or denial-of-service attacks — are excluded from SLA calculations.

Prohibited API Uses

The following are prohibited when using the DinoSMS API:

• Probing, scanning, or testing for vulnerabilities in the API or underlying infrastructure
• Attempting to bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls
• Harvesting or aggregating data from the API for competitive intelligence or unauthorized resale
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the API or DinoSMS platform
• Automating account creation, credential stuffing, or any fraudulent activity via the API

Limitation of Liability

Dino Nexus LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the API, including lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions. Your sole remedy for API service failures meeting SLA thresholds is account credit as determined by Dino Nexus LLC.

Changes to API and Terms

We may update these API Terms at any time. Continued API use after changes constitutes acceptance. Where possible, breaking changes to the API will be communicated with at least 30 days advance notice via email or developer dashboard notification.
