Agency & Partner Terms

These Agency & Partner Terms govern participation in the DinoSMS Agency Program operated by Dino Nexus LLC. By joining the Agency Program, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

Eligibility

To participate in the Agency Program, you must maintain an active DinoSMS account in good standing, comply with all applicable laws and our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, and not engage in fraudulent referral activity. Dino Nexus LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke program participation at its sole discretion.

Commission Structure

Commission rates, tier thresholds, and payout schedules are displayed in your Agency Dashboard. Dino Nexus LLC reserves the right to modify commission structures at any time with 14 days advance notice to active partners. Commissions are calculated based on verified, non-fraudulent referral activity.

Payouts

Payout thresholds, schedules, and available payment methods are displayed in your Agency Dashboard. Dino Nexus LLC reserves the right to withhold payouts pending fraud investigations, unresolved disputes, or policy violations. Payouts on confirmed fraudulent activity will be permanently forfeited.

Prohibited Conduct

Agency partners may not engage in the following:

• Self-referral or referring accounts under your direct control or ownership
• Misrepresenting DinoSMS services, pricing, features, or capabilities in any promotional materials
• Using spam, unsolicited messages, paid search impersonation, or deceptive tactics to generate referrals
• Creating fake, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts to inflate referral counts or commission earnings

Program Termination

Dino Nexus LLC may terminate your participation in the Agency Program at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion with or without cause. Upon termination, unpaid commissions derived from fraudulent or policy-violating referrals will be forfeited.

Commission Disputes

Disputes regarding commission calculations must be submitted in writing to legal@dinosms.com within 30 days of the relevant statement date. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. Dino Nexus LLC's determination of commission amounts is final.

13. Governing Law

These Agency & Partner Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
